Your card is confidential. Your employer does not see who signed cards. You must complete all required fields and sign the card. Once completed, the form will be sent to CUPE to be signed by a CUPE representative as witness.
Once the card is signed by both the supporter and CUPE, a completed copy will be sent to you for your records.
This membership card is how you show your support for the union.
